Preheat the grill or barbeque to medium-high heat. Place the arrosticini on the hot grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until meat is golden brown and well-cooked. Be cautious not to overcook to maintain their tenderness.
Keep refrigerated between 0 and 2 degree. Shelf Life: MAP packaged 2 to 3 weeks from the production date.
