This product is particularly interesting for professional pizza makers with an eye for quality. Slices of carefully selected Porcini, Castagnoli, Brown Stew Fungi, Famigliola, Pleurotus ostreatus and Shijtake mushrooms, are mixed together and cooked with oil, garlic and parsley. The colour and texture of the product is kept intact during cooking and when used as a pizza topping it does not wet the dough base and amalgamates well with the other ingredients. Ideal on toasted bread and as a filling for sandwiches.
