Puttanesca is a traditional Italian pasta sauce from the South, well balanced hot sauce that combines simple but yet flavoursome ingredients: capers, black olive, Italian tomatoes ready to toss on your favourite pasta or the perfect sauce for a spicy bruschetta.

Tomato, onion, black olives, capers, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, chilli flakes. May contains: Soya, Peanuts, Tree nuts, Sesame seeds, Lupin.
Microware – Place the sauce in a microwave safe container, cover with cling wrap leaving one corner open, reheat on high power for 5 min. Reduce the time to 3 min if already defrosted. Stove: Place the sauce in a sauce pan after defrosted and simmer on a medium flame for 4 min.
Keep frozen at -18 ° C. After defrosting, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
